Glefidiya Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order and our Return Policy will not applicable for already exchanged items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please follow the procedure below.

When your Return Authorization # clears, it will be e-mailed or message to you.
Returns must be completed within 15 days of Return Authorization generation. We cannot guarantee return outside this time frame.

The customer is responsible for delivery charges/shipping costs in both directions on returns and exchanges.
